Arvind Swamy to Come with Three New Movies in 2017
Actor Arvind Swamy has made a name for himself with a few back-to-back groundbreaking performances in ‘Bogan’ and ‘Thani Oruvan’. Playing a smart villain in these Tamil superhits, the star performer will now be seen in three upcoming South films as a lead character. Whatever the movies turn out, the man has a full potential in his acting skills to attract viewers. Right now, shooting of Sathuranga Vettai 2 is going on. It is the sequel for 2014’s superhit Sathuranga Vettai. The second movie will be Vanangamudi which will be under the direction of Selva. Actor’s third movie will be a remake of Bhaskar The Rascal- a superhit comedy of Malayalam cinema. While an interview with IndiaGlitz, the actor came up with small details about his roles in these three new ventures. He threw a little light over the completion status and his characters in the upcoming three films in his bag.
Sathuranga Vettai 2
A totally different structure from its prequel, Sathuranga Vettai 2 is a film where Arvind is playing a con man. Directed by Nirmal Kumar and written by H. Vinoth, 70% of the movie is full of twists and surprises. The film is set to be released in May.
This story is one of the most awaited movies in Tamil cinema right now. The actor is playing a cop in the film. There is nothing like a typical Tamil cinema cop in the movie. The story is, of course, full of action but the police officer played by Arvind is totally different from anyone else. In the film with Selva, the cop solves many cases but also takes a lot of criticism for it. According to the actor, the film will probably hit the screens in August.
Bhaskar the Rascal- Remake
The remake of the Malayalam hit will be Arvind’s third film. He told that you might see a little different story here and also the heroine hasn’t been finalised yet, but they will start working on the movie until April and it will probably complete till August.
